Innovative New Accessory Saves 30 Percent in Cooking Time

(PRWEB) May 16, 2009 -- The Easy Pot Pressure Maker is an innovative cooking accessory which saves 30% in cooking time, improves the taste of the cooked food, makes it possible to move the pot from place to place easily and safely and minimizes the damage if the pot falls. The Pressure Maker shortens cooking time of foods such as rice from half an hour to 15 minutes and for meat from one hour to 40 minutes. In this way the Pressure Maker saves the cost of gas or electricity (depending on the type of stove top). In addition use of this device reduces the need to add water during the cooking.

The device comes in 3 parts: A thin silicone seal, a spring fastener with two hooks at the ends and a ring in the middle and a safety rubber band. During use the silicone seal is placed on the rim of the pot and held firmly in place inside the pot by the cover. Then the ring of the spring fastener is put over the handle on the cover of the pot and attached by two hooks to the handles on either side of the pot. After the device is attached the security band is added.

Romi Goldhammer, the entrepreneur who invented this idea says: "The inspiration for this idea came to me from traditional cooking methods where our grandmothers used tea towels and weights in order to keep the pot's cover tightly closed. I also used to heat up food in this way for years until one day the pot turned over and the contents spilled onto the stove top. Then I understood that instead of weights it would be better to use a spring fastener."

Ariel Rosenblau a chef and culinary advisor, tried cooking driffrent dishes using the Easy Pot Pressure Maker said: "It took me just 40 minutes to make a great vegetable soup which usually takes more that an hour to cook. I also made beef stew using the accessory and it was done in 2 hours instead of three. The food came out with a great texture and taste."

Consumer price just 19 USD including shipping to the U.S. Canada and Europe.
